We parents want nothing but the best for our little ones and at Fit & Flex we are committed to delivering just that – fun, educational, and safe activities for ages from 6 months to Teenage years. OUR SPECIALITY

 

JIU JITSU

Jiu Jitsu is an intense, aerobic and anaerobic workout that helps any child’s fitness and health improve. It is a fun exercise for children to develop body coordination as well as personal development and growth.

Swimming

Learning to swim is an essential life skill and it’s an excellent way to exercise and often becomes a lifetime sport, even as people age. 

KIDS CAMP
At Fit & Flex, we offer seasonal kids camp. We provide youth development activities, supervised by professional adults, that strive to foster personal growth for children by providing them fun, safe educational/recreational programs, outdoor experiences and group activities while away from home.
Drama School

In our acting classes and drama lessons, students use their imagination to ground themselves in character, expand their senses while using the space, and dig deep into the circumstances that the character must live.

Dance School
Dancing is a great form of exercise, and a love of dance from an early age can help motivate kids to stay active as they grow into adults. Dance classes can increase your child’s flexibility, range of motion, physical strength, and stamina. We offer Ballet, Zumba, Hip Hop, Modern and Contemporary!
