From time to time our bodies just need a break, a rest from the junk food, the alcohol, the endless snacking and binge eating. Through pure trial and error we have adapted our detox plan for each individual whilst keeping the core fundamental approach which is reset, heal and nourish. A detailed consultation along with a body composition assessment is done first to check your body fat %, Muscle Mass and total body water content, from here we can give a bespoke plan to gain you the best results.

The detox not only offers your body a cleanse but your mind too, many clients have reported a mental clarity once finishing the detox, a clearer and sharper view of life itself.

V.I.P Lean & Clean is a 4 week program and is undoubtably one of our most effective and results driven specialised programs we have to offer. Working on a buddy system, you and your ‘buddy’ will have access to 8 classes and 8 personal training sessions, nutritional guidance, and a body composition assessment before and after PLUS additional booster workouts. Join our classes online or in-studio and have your PT sessions online, in-studio, or in our gym. Working closely with your trainer, we aid you in your nutritional needs so that you are able to continue to implement healthy eating habits and of course continue to exercise for life.

BODY ASSESSMENTS

The Body Composition Analysis (BCA) Test is your first step before getting all those workouts booked in. The BCA Test “scans” your body indicating the levels of muscle mass, rate of calories burnt per day, body fat percentage, hydration levels and water retention numbers. This is key information that allows us to advice the best workouts for YOUR BODY. The workouts that will give you the best RESULTS.

Note that a 4-hour fasting (no food, no drinks) is required prior to a BCA test.
