PRE & POST NATAL PT

Keeping healthy is key before, during and after any pregnancy and our P&PNatal sessions are dedicated to strengthen your pelvic floor, as well as thighs, glutes and back for all that is coming ahead! Pilates reformer, mat pilates, yoga and body conditioning training methods are applied during your sessions to ensure a safe yet fun and effective workout.

LEAN & CLEAN

V.I.P Lean & Clean is a 4 week program and is undoubtably one of our most effective and results driven specialised programs we have to offer. Working on a buddy system, you and your ‘buddy’ will have access to 8 classes and 8 personal training sessions, nutritional guidance, a body composition assessment before and after PLUS additional booster workouts.
